Beaver County Jail Roster Status
No official Beaver County public jail roster, inmate-search page, recent-bookings feed, or sheriff roster subdomain was located in the county sources reviewed. The official Beaver County Jail page publishes jail contact information, leadership, PREA materials, and visitation resources, but it does not provide a searchable inmate list. That means Beaver County inmate records should not be treated like a live online roster with fields for booking number, housing unit, mugshot, charges, or release date. Those fields may exist in internal jail records, but the public online profile could not be verified from an official county source.
The practical search chain starts with the jail, the Regional Booking Center, and Pennsylvania VINE. A person who was just arrested may be in the booking process before a court docket has a full set of entries. Beaver County's Regional Booking Center is at Beaver County Jail and is run by the Sheriff's Office for intake, processing, video arraignments, and state or federal database entry. For filed charges, bail entries, hearing dates, and docket numbers, use the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System instead of assuming a jail roster will show the whole case.
The official jail source is shown on the Beaver County Jail page, which lists the jail contact point and jail documents.
Use that county page for the jail line and facility documents, then use the other custody systems only when the person is outside county jail custody.
Beaver County Inmate Lookup Chain
Because no official Beaver County jail roster was found, the lookup process is a fallback chain. Each channel answers a different question. The jail phone can confirm basic custody routing for the county facility. The RBC is better for very recent intake questions. VINE gives custody-status and release-notification options. UJS shows court case activity after charges are filed. The Pennsylvania DOC locator is for state-sentenced inmates and parolees, not for people still held in a county jail.
- Call Beaver County Jail at 724-378-8177 for current county jail custody questions.
- For a fresh arrest, call the Regional Booking Center main desk at 724-512-2392 or the RBC sergeant line at 724-512-2391, as listed on the sheriff staff page.
- Use Pennsylvania VINE or call PA VINE at 1-866-972-7284 for custody notifications.
- Search UJS Case Search for charges, docket status, bail, court dates, OTN, complaint number, and case status.
- Use the Pennsylvania DOC inmate and parolee locator only for state-sentenced inmates or parolees.
- Use the BOP inmate locator for federal custody and ICE ODLS for immigration detention.
- File a specific request through the Beaver County open-records page for booking records not published online.
Important: A county jail custody check is not the same as a court docket search, a DOC search, a federal inmate search, or an immigration detainee lookup.
Beaver County Roster Fields
An official Beaver County jail roster search form was not located, so no county roster field list can be verified. Do not rely on unofficial sites that present roster fields as if they came from Beaver County. For current inmate records, collect identifiers that help staff or public systems distinguish the person: full legal name, date of birth if known, arrest date, arresting agency, court docket number, complaint number, OTN, and the kind of record being requested.
| Field Label | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| No official Beaver County jail roster located | n/a | n/a | No county search form, roster buttons, release-retention period, refresh rate, or public profile fields could be verified. |
| Last name or inmate number for PA DOC | Text | Yes for DOC path | The DOC service page says last name or inmate number is needed for state custody searches. |
| UJS search route | Options | One route required | Participant name, docket number, OTN, complaint number, incident number, citation number, and Beaver County filters may help. |
| BOP number or name fields | Text/options | Depends on route | Use BOP register number, DCDC number, FBI number, INS number, or name and demographic fields. |
| ICE A-number or biographical data | Text/date | Depends on route | Use A-number plus country of birth, or name, country of birth, and date of birth. |
For custody-status notification, the Pennsylvania VINE portal is a documented state channel for Beaver County inmate records and other Pennsylvania custody records.
VINE does not replace the jail, but it can help track custody status and notifications when a public Beaver County roster is not available.
Beaver County Inmate Record Details
Since no official public Beaver County inmate profile could be inspected online, the safest field inventory is a known-or-not-known table. The jail and RBC may have booking records, but the public does not have a verified county profile screen showing the same details. UJS, DOC, BOP, and ICE each have their own records and limits. A jail booking note may be a custody record. A UJS docket is a court record. A DOC result is a state corrections record. Those sources should not be merged into one assumed Beaver County jail roster entry.
| Field | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Custody status | Not available from an official online county roster; confirm by jail phone, RBC, VINE, or records request. |
| Booking or intake | The Sheriff's Office says the RBC handles prisoner intake, processing, video arraignments, and data entry. |
| Charges | Use UJS for filed court charges; booking charges are not published in a verified Beaver County roster. |
| Bail or bond | Use UJS and Beaver County Clerk of Courts bail resources for official court and bond information. |
| Mugshot or photo | No official Beaver County mugshot roster or gallery was found; request a booking photo through RTKL if needed. |
| Housing unit | Not published in an official online roster; known jail units include SNU, RHU, intake, females, general population, inmate workers, and work release. |
| Release or transfer | Use jail phone and VINE for county custody status, or DOC locator if transferred to state custody. |

Beaver County Jail and DOC
Beaver County Jail is the local facility for pretrial detainees, county-sentenced inmates, work-release sentenced inmates, state-sentenced technical parole violators, and some ICE detainees. The Pennsylvania DOC locator is a separate state system. It covers state-sentenced inmates and parolees, updates daily, and does not include people incarcerated in county facilities. A person can start in Beaver County Jail after arrest and later move to DOC after sentencing. The search path changes when that transfer happens.
| Custody Type | Where to Look | What It Covers |
|---|---|---|
| County pretrial or short sentence | Beaver County Jail, RBC, VINE | Current local custody and recent intake at the county jail. |
| State-sentenced inmate or parolee | Pennsylvania DOC locator | State prison or parole records, not county jail custody. |
| Court case after arrest | UJS Case Search | Charges, docket events, bail entries, court dates, and dispositions. |
| Federal custody | BOP locator | Federal inmates from 1982 to present, using number or name routes. |
| Immigration detention | ICE ODLS | Adults in ICE custody or qualifying recent CBP custody, using A-number or biographical routes. |
The Pennsylvania DOC service page states the locator is for state-sentenced inmates and parolees.
That statewide locator is useful after a Beaver County sentence leads to DOC custody, but it should not be used as the first check for someone still in the county jail.
Beaver County Jail Contact
Beaver County has one facility in the project facility list: Beaver County Jail. The jail is separate from the Beaver County Courthouse in Beaver, where many court and records functions are located. Custody, jail administration, booking, and visitation are tied to the Woodlawn Boulevard facility in Aliquippa. Court filings, Clerk of Courts business, and some bail or case-document work may involve the courthouse and court offices instead.

Beaver County Booking Records
Booking in Beaver County is centered on the Sheriff's Regional Booking Center at the jail. The Sheriff's Office says the RBC handles intake and processing of prisoners, video arraignments, and data entry for state and federal databases. The PREA audit also describes a private booking and intake area with teleconferencing facilities for video arraignments. After a person is brought to the jail, the process may include intake, property handling, screening, medical or mental-health review, classification, and a preliminary arraignment if the case is in the early criminal stage.
A booking record is not the same as a criminal conviction. Initial charges can change after review by a magisterial district judge, the District Attorney, or the Court of Common Pleas. Beaver County MDJ proceedings and UJS docket entries are the better places to track complaint numbers, OTN, preliminary hearings, bail changes, and case dispositions. The jail or RBC may be the right contact for custody, but the court record is the right source for the formal case path after arrest.
The Beaver County Sheriff's staff page gives the Regional Booking Center phone contacts used for recent booking questions.
Those staff contacts are the closest official online source for a very recent Beaver County intake when no public roster entry is available.
Beaver County Records Requests
For booking records not published online, use a specific Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law request. Beaver County's open-records page links county request materials, and the District Attorney form gives an official DA route for records in that office. A useful request asks for records, not answers to general questions. Include the person's full name, approximate arrest or booking date, arresting agency if known, the court docket or complaint number if known, and the precise records requested, such as a booking sheet, booking log entry, custody-status record, or booking photograph.
Access is not automatic. Pennsylvania RTKL treats many local agency records as presumed public unless an exemption, privilege, court order, or other law applies. Criminal investigative records can be withheld under RTKL Section 708(b)(16). CHRIA regulates criminal-history record information, while police blotters, court dockets, press releases, and wanted or fugitive lists have their own public-record treatment. Juvenile, sealed, expunged, limited-access, security-sensitive, medical, victim, and identifying information may be withheld or redacted.
| Request Item | Beaver County Detail |
|---|---|
| County records route | Beaver County open-records page. |
| DA RTKL route | District Attorney's Office, Beaver County Courthouse, 810 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009; phone 724-773-8550. |
| DA Right-to-Know Officer | Hunter Hopkins, hhopkins@beavercountypa.gov, as listed on the DA RTKL form. |
| Fees | Use the official RTKL fee schedule linked by the county; copies, certification, postage, media, and prepayment rules may apply. |
The Beaver County open-records page is the official county starting point for requests when an inmate record is not posted online.
A narrow, date-based request is more useful than a broad demand for every jail record connected to a person.
Beaver County Visitation Records
After custody is confirmed, visitation and phone or trust-fund services are handled through jail-specific rules. The official Beaver County Jail visitation schedule effective June 4, 2025 is by unit or status, not by alphabet. It lists morning visits from 0830 to 1030 and afternoon visits from noon to 1400. The PDF does not publish ID rules, dress code, scheduling method, visit length, maximum visitors, lockers, cancellation rules, or accessibility instructions, so those details should be confirmed with the jail before traveling.
| Day | Morning | Afternoon |
|---|---|---|
| Wednesday | SNU, 0830-1030 | Females, 12 noon-1400 |
| Thursday | Intake, 0830-1030 | RHU, 12 noon-1400 |
| Friday | Females, 0830-1030 | General Population and Inmate Workers, 12 noon-1400 |
| Saturday | Intake, 0830-1030 | General Population and Inmate Workers, 12 noon-1400 |
No visits are listed on New Year's, Flag Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Good Friday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or the day after each. ConnectNetwork lists Beaver County PA-Jail, Site ID 211, with AdvancePay Phone and Trust Fund services. AdvancePay support is 800-483-8314, and Trust support is 888-428-1845. No Beaver County-specific commissary limit, deposit fee table, or full mail policy was located in the official jail materials reviewed.
Note: Confirm custody, unit, and visit eligibility with Beaver County Jail before sending funds, planning a visit, or relying on a schedule block.
